Production / Kansas

Summary FY 2008 (ended March 31):

• Production rose 225% in FY 2008, rising to 28,626 boe (barrels of oil equivalent) compared to 8,075 boe for the Fiscal Year ended March 31, 2007.
• Drilled 6 out of 7 wells planned.
• Currently 4 producing (Cason, Outlar, Ducroz and Shadyside).

• During the FY 08, the Company participated in eight wells during the year: six in the Seward/Drach areas (Stafford County) and two in the Katy area
  (Barton County).
• Of the six wells drilled in Seward, three are currently producing.
• Of the two wells in the Katy area, one is currently being completed as a producer and the second is on production. In total, Index has an interest in 23 producing wells in Kansas.
